A bright and light Asian Noodle Dinner

1/2 cup vegetarian Chinese oyster sauce (made from mushrooms)

2 cups brocolli heads

2 cups bean Sprouts

2 cups red peppers

1/2 cup water chestnuts

2 cups bok choy

whole wheat LoMein or whole wheat thin spaghetti noodles
