Field Greens Salad

A Mixture of Delicious Lettuces and Fresh Vegetables
Salad:
1 Bag of Mixed Greens (Washed)
1 Green, 1 Red Pepper
3 Carrots Shredded
1/4 Cup Raisins
1/2 Carton Cherry Tomatoes
Dressing:
2 Tbsp. Whole Grain Mustard
4 Tbsp. Agave Syrup
3/4 Cup Rice Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
Chop peppers into bite sized pieces
Add all of the rest of the salad ingredients into large serving bowl
Toss with Mustard Dressing
Serves 6
