Sun Dried Tomato Hummus

The original Hummus recipe with added Sun Dried Tomatoe.
Using a high speed blender or food processor, add hydrated sun-dried tomatoes and blend until smooth. Do not used sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil as they have excessive fat calories from the packing oil.
15 oz can chickpeas drained and rinsed
1-1/2 tsp cumin
2 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos or 1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp ready-to-use chopped garlic or four garlic cloves, chopped
2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
(optional) 12 oz jar roasted peppers, including liquid
(optional) 1/4 cup water if not using peppers
1 pkg dehydrated sun dried tomatoes (follow directions on package to hydrate tomatoes)
