Join us for a showing of the short film, PlantStrong Legacy, that follows Rip Esselstyn as he transitions from professional athlete to firefighter to health coach who helps a small town become more healthy. Then we will show short videos of Dr. John McDougall as he shares his carefully researched findings. Each video is on a specific topic such as diabetes, arthritis, milk, pregnancy, bowels, osteoporosis, acne, and pregnancy. We will pick from his collection to show and discuss.

Before the movies, we will serve a buffet dinner which will include soup, salad, a selection of entrees, and a tasty dessert. The price is $25/person. Join us at Tanner Research facilities at 1851 Huntington Drive, Duarte, CA. You are welcome to wear a mask but it is not required.
