Spinach and Fresh Raspberry Salad

A delightful fresh salad

1 Bag of Cleaned Spinach

1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds (omit if you have or are worried about heart disease)

1 Container Fresh Raspberries (Reserve 1/4 cup for Salad Dressing)

 

Combine Ingredients in Serving Bowl

Salad Dressing

1 Cup Raspberry Vinegar

1/4 Cup Fresh Raspberries

4 Tbsp. Whole Grain Mustard

 

Add ingredients together and blend until immulsified.

Salad and dressing will serve 6-8 and dressing will keep for a couple of week in a airtight refrigerated container
